1. Lower the threshold for invoice in B2C supplies to Rs 1 lakh, which will bring more business inside tax net.
2. Alignment of IGST Refund on exports under bond or LOU with FEMA, Act, which will prevent misuse of the instrument for money laundering
3. Unique code for unregistered users for issue of E-way bill. This is aimed at reducing the tax evasion
